Our journey began in 2016 with Phonism, built to automate device provisioning, management, security, and migration for service providers. In 2024 we rebranded to Inlayer extending automation beyond the device. Today three product lines work as one stack. Phonism by Inlayer runs config and compliance at the endpoint, through its own interface or embedded in our customers' products through the Phonism API. Presence by Inlayer verifies the human, captures consent, and creates a record of both. Dialplane by Inlayer extends device management into the platforms providers already run.

KYC and E911 data obligations are a cost providers carry and cannot bill for. We automate the capture and turn it into a verified tier they can price.
