This release expands device support with new Fanvil V-Series models, additional InnoMedia MTA9338 models, and Webex-ready AudioCodes MP-524 provisioning. On the platform side, the Webex Asset Search API now accepts Webex identifiers directly, phone contact directory exports have been moved to background jobs for better performance, and Webex token error reporting has been made more transparent. This release also includes several important bug fixes covering firmware upgrades, template creation, large-hierarchy API timeouts, Grandstream firmware credentials, and Microsoft Teams ATA192 behavior.

AudioCodes MP-524 now includes Tier I provisioning support for Webex, including configuration files, firmware upgrades, custom configuration, and TR-69 support.
Webex Identifier Lookup in Asset Search API
The GET endpoints for Users, Phones, Tenants, and Hierarchy Companies now accept a ?webex_id= query parameter.
This allows API consumers to look up Phonism records directly by their Webex identifier without requiring full-table scan queries.
Phone Directory Export as Background Job
Phone directory file exports are now handled asynchronously as background jobs.
This improves reliability and performance for tenants with large directories or frequent contact changes.
Improved Webex Token Error Visibility
When a Webex token fails, the platform now identifies which specific token is at fault.
The error is surfaced in the UI for tokens used in Device Info File sync, and the sync toggle is automatically disabled for the affected integration.
