API, Webex, and SIP Monitoring Enhancements

Enhanced API and portal features, SIP monitoring with webhooks, improved Webex sync and bulk imports, stronger TLS security, faster performance, and key device fixes.

Updated Device Support for MS Teams, Added Firmware for Yealink & Poly and Multiple Bug Fixes

This release introduces new Algo 8196 support and strengthens Microsoft Teams integration with Cisco device compatibility and updated Poly support. Key updates include Yealink T-series firmware with Zoom support and Poly Edge E320 enhancements, plus critical fixes for Poly MTLS provisioning, VDM configuration limitations, duplicate phonebook entries, and Cisco Webex sync performance optimization.

New Device Support, MS Teams Enhancements, and More

This update brings expanded device support for Grandstream and new manufacturer InnoMedia—plus new features and visual improvements for Microsoft Teams users. We’ve also rolled out key firmware updates and fixed several UI and upgrade-related bugs to improve your experience.
