🚀 New Features:

• Zero Touch Provisioning: Redirect and Discovery Service addition (RDS)
  • Before: Currently, when RDS is applied at the Account or Service Provider level, it automatically includes all sub-branches and associates compatible devices with the RDS services
  • After: You now have the ability to mark specific hierarchy branches as excluded from Redirect Services (RDS). This feature allows administrators to selectively exclude certain branches from RDS, ensuring that their specific requirements are met without disrupting the overall service for other branches

• Added Custom Descriptions to Phonism Tags
  • Before: Phonism tags currently allow users to define key-value pairs that can be used within device parameters and templates. However, there is no option to add a custom description to these tags, which can make it difficult to understand their purpose or differentiate between similar tags.
  • After: By allowing users to add custom descriptions, we improve the user experience and reduce the likelihood of errors during tag selection or modification. Users can now easily understand and distinguish between different tags when selecting or previewing them in the Tag selector or preview widget, both in the GUI and via the API

🌟 Enhancements:

• Added Unassigned Key Type for Yealink VDM Templates :
  • Before: Currently, the Yealink VDM templates display inaccurate icons for keys marked as "unassigned."
  • After: Now these icons will reflect their unassigned state properly in both the user interface and exported templates. This ensures that after the update, any keys not explicitly assigned a type default to the correct visual indicator.

• Zoom: Contact Directory synchronization:
  • At the Phonism Tenant Level made enhancement to automatically create contact directory entries from users (zoom phone users) in the given Zoom Site/Tenant
  • The contact records include the First name, Last name, and extension number.

🐛 Bug Fixes:

• Tenant Tags:
  • Fixed an issue where special characters were causing failure in the creation of tenant tags
