🌟 Enhancements:

• Set Model and Software:
  • Before: Currently, the "Set Model and Software" action is restricted to phones that are not in the Ready state. This limitation prevented users from correcting or updating the model and software after a phone has been set to Ready.
  • After: Enabling this action for Ready state phones, we allow administrators to ensure that the correct configuration is applied, and any potential misconfiguration can be rectified without removing the phone from service. This is important in cases where the initial model or software was incorrectly set or needs to be updated.
• Search Enhancements:
  • Before: Currently, users have to manually navigate through various Tabs, Widgets, Sub-Tabs, Text fields, Checkboxes, and Drop downs to find specific configuration fields. This can be time-consuming and inefficient.
  • After: To improve the user experience, we implemented a search functionality that allows users to search for Labels / Titles of Components, Parameter names, and Configuration fields by the configured values.

🐛 Bug Fixes:

• Tooltip UI correction:
  • Fixed a minor issue with data deriving from custom config was overflowing outside the tooltip
  • Corrected an issue where the cursor was flickering, causing the ‘show more’ not to be clicked on.
• Auto Apply Templates deletion:
  • Fixed an issue where the deletion of auto-apply templates were not applying to the next hierarchy level auto-apply templates until user saved the template.
• Unassigned User / VoIP credential value for Webex Shared Line:
  • Addressed an issue where an ‘unassigned’ value in the dropdown was missing for Webex user / VoIP credential.
• Log Messages for firmware upgrades:
  • Addressed an output issue with firmware log messages. They now clearly display the firmware upgraded from and new firmware applied, along with any other potential issues.
• Redirect Services:
  • Fixed a problem where the redirect service ‘RPS badge’ was not displaying if a redirect service account was setup.
• Custom Config:
  • Corrected an issue where custom config would disappear after consecutive saves.
